Congratulations to the young talents who successfully become the Seeds of the second season of the Mavis Seeds program! After 4 months of launching the Mavis Seeds 2.0 program, more than 2 months of rigorous selection process. We’re thrilled to welcome 19 talented individuals to the 6-month Mavis Seeds program!

Mavis Seeds milestone

Sky Mavis' Mavis Seeds 2.0 program launched its online application on February 5th, 2024. Within a month, the program received more than 700 applications for 7 positions. Due to the overwhelming interest from young talents from all around Vietnam, Sky Mavis extended this period with 3 more new positions. By the end of April 7th, 2024, a total of 857 applications had been received for the 10 opening positions.

During the evaluation period for online applications, 257 candidates successfully completed the online assignment, qualifying them for the next stage which included a code-pair challenge and a face-to-face interview.

After 4 months of launching the Mavis Seeds 2.0 program, more than 2 months of rigorous selection process. We’re thrilled to welcome 19 talented individuals to the 6-month Mavis Seeds program on their first day at Sky Mavis.

Program Details

Seven positions. Fourteen slots to join. Six months of on-the-job training with Sky Mavis experiences engineers with a chance to be involved in practical projects. We’re open for online applications from February 05, 2024 to March 17th, 2024. Here are the opening positions for the Mavis Seeds 2.0 program:

How to Apply to Mavis Seeds

Mavis Seeds 2.0 has four distinct phases: the online application, an application review and online assignment, a technical and F2F interview, and the final result announcement.

Online Application

Timeline: February 5th to March 17th, 2024

Purpose: This is when applicants sign up for Mavis Seeds 2.0 - at this link. The Sky Mavis Talent Acquisition team will review the resumes and contact the person whose qualifications match.

Application Review and Online Assignment

Timeline: February 19th to March 31st, 2024

Purpose: This is to evaluate candidates' qualifications and skills before an interview. It helps to assess the general abilities and select the most promising candidates to proceed with the hiring process.

Technical and F2F Interview

Timeline: March 1st to April 19th, 2024

Purpose: Technical and F2F interviews in a hiring process evaluate a candidate's technical skills, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and cultural fit. The feedback helps the hiring team make an informed decision about the candidate's suitability

Result Announcement

Timeline: April 26th, 2024

Purpose: To inform candidates about the outcome of their job application, maintain transparency and fairness in the recruitment process, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates for future improvement.
